Feb 8, 2017 at 9:50 | comment | added | Hobbes | It takes a LOT of energy to melt ice, so this is not an efficient method. Better to put an electric space heater inside the car. That'll still take a while, but at least it'll melt the ice from the inside out, meaning once the ice has started to melt it won't adhere to the windshield and be easy to scrape off. | |
