This is a science issue and no one offers a scientific solution. Ive seen and heard the most ridiculous reasons, but none of them are real. The funniest is perhaps that fresher eggs are harder to peel, once cooked. That is just so wrong. I was raised on a farm and we gathered eggs and cooked and peeled them fine. | |
