I disagree with the weather tag. We already have [winter] (which includes snow), [summer] (which includes heat), [rain], and [temperature]. If needed we can add [spring] or [fall]. I find [weather] to be much too broad to be useful.

I feel a weather tag gives the opportunity for people with problems outside the summer / winter seasons and aren't regarding rain - weather can be used as well as these other tags to make it clearer. I feel it is a more general tag which would be of more use to some people.
